The Midlothian Community Policing Project is all about closing some of the known gaps between the Midlothian Police Department and those who they responsible for serving and protecting. With a starting point of suggestions on how to deal with a variety of security and safety issues not always exclusive to the Midlothian landscape, but nevertheless affecting us one and all, there are many existing community policing models ready and waiting to be researched, discussed, debated and even implemented in a variety of ways.
Regardless of size and scope, line-item issues specific to Midlothian are posted here for review.
The Village of Midlothian Historical Archives
If you are looking for historical information about Midlothian, then this is the container for you! With lists of election officials going back decades all the way to some of the political publications of this last election cycle, this container is all about converting as much Midlothian History as possible to the Internet realm.
At this time, I am able to only broadcasting a limited schedule of public meetings, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t add this RSS feed to your favorite reader!
Midlothian Illinois Record Alerts
At this time, the Village of Midlothian website has not been able to operate as a dependable source of relative immediacy when it comes to a variety of circumstances, especially if there is a time issue associated with the alert. With the large volume of “alerts” being broadcast, I hope this container will be able to fill in some gaps on the timeline when it comes to a variety of issues that are important to Village residents.
The Village of Midlothian Municipal Code Projection
With a sampling of Municipal Codes tagged with various keywords, this container is the first of the Midlothian Illinois Record Project and subsequently the oldest. Still in its demonstrative state (hence the word “projection”), this container acts as a skeleton of a scarecrow when it comes to navigating Midlothian Municipal Codes and visitors are still encouraged to call Village Hall as a follow-up to your exploration of some of the laws that govern Midlothian.
The Mysteries of the Mysterious Mayor Murawski Series
“Midlo Murawski” might have been busy racking up political points with a certain circle of constituents, but the mysterious inner-workings of the Murawski Administration over the years continues to be a strong source of materials for this particular container. With more questions than answers being available in documented format, these “mysteries” serve as signs of you being in danger of becoming puzzled yourself should you try to sift through these sets of circumstances.
With headline feeds from publishing sources such as Capitol Fax and Topix roaming the sidelines of this container, commentary on the political scene in Midlothian is not the only locality to be focused on. We are a part of Cook County and the State of Illinois. We are still a part of the United States of America and we still live on planet Earth…unless some scientist changed this from fact to fiction while we were sleeping…
